What HR really needs is to hire people with actual HR degrees who know what they’re doing! I’ve seen so many in this profession with zero education or experience in HR get moved into it and not in entry level roles either but HR Manager and Assistant Director roles. This is a big reason why so many employees roll their eyes at HR because they employ people who don’t know what they are doing. HR also needs to stop babbling about diversity until they fix their own lack of diversity, HR’s hypocrisy is why no one takes HR seriously.
