Only 7% of those working in HR have a degree in HR, does one see the medical or legal fields with only 7% of those working in it having a medical, nursing degree or law degree? Well, that’s precisely what HR does every day, HR says hey let’s go with the person with a 2-year degree in Fashion and no experience over the applicant with the graduate degree in HR and years of HR experience.
